Wallingford Carnival 2017 took place on
Saturday 17th June

The theme for the Carnival was
Work and Play

Come and join in the fun at this year's carnival
and take part in our procession.

We are very keen to create a wonderful procession. This means encouraging more of you to join in, pubs, clubs, groups, schools, businesses, musicians, individuals, anyone and everyone, the more the merrier. It's a great form of advertising and a way of showing off who you are and what you can do!

Make this the year you get involved!

We are a new creative committee and are keen to build on the hard work put in by previous volunteers. We really want to keep this Wallingford tradition going. If you would like a new challenge, please consider volunteering to help, there are lots of small jobs you could do.

Key Information for Procession Entries and Choir

Please arrive at Rockfort Estate, Hithercroft Road, Wallingford, OX10 9DA after midday. You will need to be ready for a prompt procession start at 1pm.

The procession will end on the Kinecroft at approximately 2.30pm.

Prize giving will be at 4.00pm in the Market Place
(please send a representative or small group from each entry)

Wallingford Carnival Choir to arrive at St. Mary's Church at 4.00pm.

The choir will perform in the Market Place at 4.15pm.

The choir will be collected at 4.30pm from St. Mary's Church.

Festivities continue until 7.00pm
